Terrell Parker is an accomplished leader with over a decade of expertise in program development, non-profit management, and fundraising. A sought-after international public health speaker, Terrell traveled to Germany and Amsterdam in 2024 to advance global health equity, sharing his insights on reducing disparities and improving health outcomes in underserved communities.

In 2024, Terrell began pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, further enhancing his leadership and strategic management skills.

That same year, Terrell served as Chief Operating Officer at Indiana Youth Group, the nation’s longest-serving LGBTQ Center. During his tenure, he led strategic initiatives and oversaw programs designed to support LGBTQ youth across Indiana, driving transformative change and promoting equity. After his impactful work at IYG, Terrell transitioned to focus full-time on The Black Dream Company, LLC.

Terrell founded The Black Dream Company in 2019, a consultancy specializing in business development, coaching, and talent management. Through this venture, he has raised over $1.5 million for nonprofit organizations nationwide. That same year, he launched the "Terrell Talks" podcast, a platform dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and fostering meaningful dialogue.

Previously, Terrell served as Manager in the Center to End the Epidemic at NMAC, overseeing ESCALATE, a $7.1 million HRSA-funded program aimed at reducing HIV-related stigma in the Ryan White Care System. Under his leadership, the program trained and supported over 1,500 individuals nationwide.

Terrell began his career in 2013 in HIV advocacy, pioneering a city-wide linkage-to-care program at Brothers United Inc. His model for engaging Black gay and bisexual men into care earned national recognition from NASTAD's His Health Project as a best practice. As a consultant with NASTAD, he provided guidance to health departments nationwide in implementing effective linkage programs. He also held leadership roles as Interim Executive Director at Brothers United Inc., Executive Director of the Minority Health Coalition of Marion County, and Founding President of Indiana Pride of Color.

A graduate of Franklin College with a BA in English and sociology, Terrell has built a reputation for innovation, strategic leadership, and a commitment to equity and social justice.

 Jasmine S. Deskins, MPH is a dedicated public health professional with over a decade of experience in program management, evaluation, systemic reviews, and grant writing. She is passionate about advancing health equity and addressing health disparities through evidence-based interventions and community-centered approaches.

Jasmine has collaborated with diverse stakeholders to implement public health initiatives that improve health outcomes at the local, regional, and national levels, including work in Indianapolis, the Chicagoland area, and beyond.

Her work includes conducting systemic reviews with Northwestern University, contributing to Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) strategies, and supporting the CDC-funded Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) grant. Additionally, she served as the Health and Wellness Director on the Board of Directors for Indiana Pride of Color, Inc., where she focused on empowering marginalized communities through culturally relevant health initiatives.

Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Toledo and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University–Indianapolis. Her expertise in grant writing has successfully supported public health programs, emphasizing her commitment to securing resources that drive meaningful, community-focused solutions.customized solutions that meet their unique needs.
